Regretably we have been instructed to suspend all weddings until further notice. This may also involve legal issues for weddings once the period of lockdown has finished. For further information please contact Fr. John.

Following instruction from the Archbishops. 

The Church is unable to offer any baptisms apart from emergancy baptisms. 

Weddings may take place but will be limited to the minimum lawful attendence of 5 people; the incumbent, the couple and 2 legel witness. 

Funerals will be restricted  to immediate family in agreement with the incumbent.  

Memorials, thanksgivings and blessings are hoped to be offered once the present situation has been resolved.

The Archbishops of Canterbury and York have issued advice that public worship is suspended until further notice.

In that light it is hoped to broadbast via Facebook Live the at act of worship on

Wisely due to family heath concerns Revd Pauline has decided to go into Self Isolation.
Until further notice please contact Fr John rather Revd Pauline on any church issues.

If you or your family are also considering Self Isolation please do let Fr. John have a contact number so a member of our ministry Team can touch base with you.

Our Saturday Morning Confirmationa nd Discussion Breakfasts have been suspended

Following instructions from the Bishop of Peterborough, dated the 11th March 2020, on advise from the Ministry of Health the following changes will take places in services throughout the benefice with immediate effect:

1 Sidesmen will wash hands/Handgel hands before commencing duties

2 A Collection plate will be clearly available before and after the service for collections to be offered, rather than handed around the congregation.. it will then be brought up to the president by one sidesman in the offertory

3 The Collection plate will not be circulated during the offertory

4 A liturgical offering of Peace will be made by the president from the altar and folk may wish to return the greeting by way of the BSL sign for peace, but will not share the peace around with others.

5 There will be no offertory procession of chalices or ciborium

6 After receiving the offering the Presidents and altar assistants will wash/gel hands before consecration of the elements

7 The wine will not be offered to anyone but the president who will say the liturgical words advised before consuming

8 Blessings will be 'non contact'

9 Communicants will be advised to receive bread in the left hand . Wine as its will not be offered.

10 Polite conversation but no handshaking at exit
