Built in the 1980s The Albert Underwood Room is an extension to Irthlingborough church's north transept. It
contains a kitchen for coffee/tea-making facilities and a toilet. Connected to the church nave by glass partition doors it
can be entered also separately from the north-east corner of the church.
It can sit approximately 50 people and
has a standing capacity of about 75 people. It is used throughout the week for various church groups. But can be made
available for Community use as well.
